To ensure fast and efficient shipping, all orders begin processing immediately after payment is received. For this reason, once an order has been confirmed and enters the preparation stage in our warehouse, it is not possible to cancel or modify it (for example, to change the address, add or remove items, or adjust order details).

If, after receiving your order, you need to make a return or exchange, don’t worry, you can easily do so by following our returns procedure. Simply wait until you receive the package and, once you have it, submit your return or exchange request through our online platform.
