Returns outside the EU must be processed through our returns tool. The customer is responsible for selecting their preferred carrier and completing the shipment.
Important:
- The return address and other details will be provided in the returns tool.
- To avoid additional customs charges, it is mandatory to request the original invoice and the SAD (Single Administrative Document) for the order, which must be included in the shipping documentation.
- Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the order to avoid additional customs charges.
- If the return is made after 15 days , Customs will apply a 21% penalty on the amount of the returned items , which will be deducted from the refund.
molis&co does not cover customs charges and only accepts returns outside the EU sent DAP (Delivered At Place) .
If the return does not cover customs fees, they will be deducted from the refund. If the customs fee is greater than the refund, no refund will be issued.
When shipping, you must declare the actual value of the items according to the original invoice. Declaring an incorrect value or "0" may cause problems and delay your refund.
